Yellow & Black Quilt-As-You-Go from Jelly Roll

My first attempt at a quilt as you go project - like the results although don't think I'll try this technique on anything this large (42"x48") again.

Not SID.  I was surfing quilting videos on YouTube and saw this technique (I'm somewhat of a self taught beginner) and ran across this - was pretty cool, but very basic when it comes to the quilting.  You're basically doing the quilting same time your "quilting".  No visible stitches on the top itself.

Very nice looking quilt.  I an curious as to what your search parameter was to finding the video that showed you the technique - that is unless you can point me to the actual video.

i was just surfing quilting stuff and ran across it - you might try 'quilt as you go'.  it was by a woman in a quilting shop that has a number of how to videos out there, something about Missouri....sorry can't be of more help.  i don't have access to youtube right now or would look for it again.
