This is a Memory Quilt that I have been working on for my Aunt and Uncle's 60th wedding anniversary on December 22.

Finally got it all done and out in the mail to them this morning.

It was a very challenging quilt.   Next time, if there is a next time, I think I will make all the pictures, except for the center one of course, the same size!

I love this quilt! I can't even begin to imagine how your aunt and uncle will react when they see this quilt. So much love, so many memories.

Wow Sylvia.  I don't think I have ever seen a memory quilt with that many pictures.  They should really love this labor of love.

It was ALOT of pictures!  ;~)

I had at least three times that many to choose from.  Tough decision but I'm pretty happy with the way it came out.

These pictures start out when they were both little kids, all the way up to them getting engaged, married, children, grand-children and now great grand-children.  They, along with my mom, were raised in a tiny little town here in Texas.  My aunt was an only child.  He said he married her not only because he loved her but to give my mom a sister and my aunt a sister.  They would always have each other.

I know they are both going to cry when they see all the pictures, but I know it will be happy tears.
