Thank you. Yes, this is a border fabric. It is from the WInter Soltice line by Jason Yenter for In The Beginning Fabrics.

So this is an EQ7 rendition and not the actual quilt top, right?

Yes, the actual quilt will be back from the quilter soon. I used the same fabric and it looks identical.
