this is the same pattern as Bowyn's stars. I love this pattern, it is easy and super fast. I used all sorts of beautiful red and green christmas fabric that has gold accents. This is the first quilt I have made for myself! I just finished it last week. I stayed up late the night I finished it so I could take it out of the dryer and snuggle with it for a bit - felt so good! for quilting I just did stich in the ditch all over becuase of the color differences and the busy patterns i didnt want to do anything crazy or to take away from the prints. I also wanted it to be super soft and not have too much thread in it
