This was a block of the month for our quilt guild in 2008. I finally got it finished this summer and took it to Kentucky to give to my youngest sister and her husband. Charles is interested in history and I used Civil War Reproduction fabrics for the chains.

I like the way it has a scrappy look yet is also unified.  Quite a snazzy quilt!
