This wall quilt hangs in my dining room. It is made from a jelly roll. The sunflowers are made from muslin and are just machine stitched on. The leaves are  a leaf print also machine stitched on. The quilt is machine quilted with the exception of the outer border, which is hand quilted using a leaf vine stencil stitched in red.

Very nice!  The sunflowers certainly pop off this background.  Great job!

I love your sunflowers.  Your own design??

Marge, not my design. I saw the pattern somewhere and just had to have it. It took me a while to tackle it. I couldn't find the jelly roll I wanted and ended using a darker one. The results ended up better than I imagined. The colors worked better than what I originally wanted to use.
