This quilt went together very quickly.  It's made by cutting just two template pieces, exact opposites and two end pieces, exact opposites.  I think it's the quickest I've ever put a quilt together.  It was fun and looks striking.  I used 7 fabrics, all in red, white and blue as requested by Citizen S.A.M, a quilt project for wounded soldiers.  I've been informed this quilt has been given to a soldier in hospital in Germany.  I'm proud of that soldier and proud that he is getting warmth from something I made.
