Made this for the ugly fabric quilt contest and Brian liked it, so it's his birthday present!  Might be quilted by Thanksgiving in time for it!  Thanks to the Jenny Doanes (sp?) course for showing me how to make the block!

I don't see any ugly fabric...fantastic what a good pattern can do for ugly fabric.

Its actually called X's and O's.  I probably won't make another although I like the way it came out, but I ended up with about a million tiny triangles of extra fabric that I am sure I will never use as I don't have that kind of patience!

Very nice Nancy.  It's always nice when you are just making a quilt for the fun of it and someone tells you they want it.

I like the quilt.  It's amazing how "ugly" fabric can add to a piece.

Marge I agree.  Brian has seen several of mine and this one is the first he has commented on so it must be his!  

Beth, I actually agree that the "ugly" adds motion to the others, that are all kind of plain!
