This quilt includes materials from the 1960's & 70's, my mom's wedding dress (circa 1949), my wedding dress (1972), my maid of honor, my bridesmaids, some Greenshields tartan (from my father's side) and all types (including some 'leathery' stuff that were pieces of clothing that my sister & I made and wore. The backing is some great material (I got it at a quilt store in Puyallup, Wa (The Quilt Barn) that has 'peace, love, joy, peace symbols, etc' -- great for the time period!
