I have been working hard to do my little part to thank my mother and grandmother for all they have done for me.  This is my mother's thank you gift.  This was my very first full size quilt and is a sampler quilt of different patterns popular in the 1800's except for second one in the first row, that's my own design. It is entirely hand quilted and I'm very proud of it. Enjoy!

You should be proud!  It's LOVely!  And I can see a whole quilt made from the block you designed - it would be visually striking pattern.

I usually go for bright colors but I really like this...and hand quilted, very special!!!!!

What a wonderful gift for your mom! I love the colors and the patterns of blocks are beautiful...and the fact that it is hand quilted makes it so much more precious.
