This is a pattern from around the 1940's. No rotary cutting here. Over 1000 pieces template traced and cut with scissors. Took me almost a year to piece and 80 hours of longarm time
So worth the effort. What a treasure be sure to write a history to go with this quilt.

It's absolutely gorgeous. I would never have the patience or the ability (my hands could not take that much scissor cutting) to do something like that. I love the colors. This is a real family heirloom.
