I made this baby quilt for my expectant niece. We know baby is a boy now (whew), if baby had been a girl mom would have used this anyway LOL. I fused the images onto the background and then big stitch outlined them with embroidery floss. The hand quilting goes around the images three times in 1/2 inch, then 1 inch and then 1 1/2 inch increments. It is also in a large vine with leaves on it to fill in the large center areas. All fabrics except the bright green were from my stash! A little bit of a stash buster LOL.
