This is my first twister. What fun this was. I can see many more in my future. Next will do a quilt with this pattern and ruler. But need to get this one hand quilted first.

Neat quilt. where did you find the pattern?
Quite the twister! How cute. :-)
this is so cute ,,Barbara
Burkman, there are tutorials on the interent that tells you how to make one of these. I have a gf in Indiana, who teaches quilting, and she is the one who first gave me info on it. You need a certain Lil Twister ruler for the wall hanging. it uses charms and the large ruler is for layer cakes. This wall hanging only took 9 charms and a three inch border for the main wreath then I added the two borders.
Fantastic job! Got to give it to you for hand quilting. I can certainly respect a hand quilter. Is it called "Irene"? LOL
Ramona, I have decided to call it "Ira's Idea". My firend, and quilt teacher, Ira brought this technique, and ruler that makes it possible, to my attention. Ira also sent me weekly mystery blocks to make a quilt. She is just a wonderful person. She lives in Indiana. I met her on FB
This is so cute and whimsical, with lots of movement implied in the pattern! Great job!
I have this ruler, got it at Joanns for 50% off, gotta give it a try, love yours!!!
Paula, once you start making these you will never stop. It is addictive.
i love this quilt great color choices
Very nice. I've never seen a "twister" tool. Might have to look for one now. (Like I don't have enough gadgets yet :o{ )
This is one I haven't tried yet! Hmmm....
This is great! It's giving me ideas to try! Thanks =) I looked for the tool at Joann's today and didn't find it. I'll watch for it in Houston, the one I made will have to suffice till then!
