My block a day star sampler

These are the 6 blocks I have completed.  The one for today is in the top row center.  I still think the "friendship star" is just too plain for this.  I'm either going to have to dress it up somehow or replace it altogether with one a little more intricate.  What do you think?

Karla, I love your star blocks!  I also am inspired by your star quilt sampler.  Can't wait to see your other blocks.

Have fun,  do this quilt while having fun all the way.

when you add your sashing, your friendship star will be just fine.  Very nice.

I think it is gorgeous just the way it is. But you need to do whatever it is that speaks to you!

I feel it looks great the way it is but it's your quilt. You are really coming along on this one. Great job!

Depending on how many you make, you could put the friendship star in the center (as the simplest) and each row more intricate stars as you work towards the outside.
