I made this quilt for my granddaughter, Alexis. She loves the colors of pink and lavendar. I have a fairly new embroidery machine and wanted to use all the embroidery stitches I could; so chose to make a crazy quilt and embroider around each piece. I used mostly batik scraps along with some water color and one flowered lavendar print, which I also used as accent in the corners and middle of the quilt.
