This quilt was made from blocks sewn by friends of Laura Ann Intintoli, a woman who died from Lymphoma for the Lymphoma and Lukemia Society. I took the raw blocks, embellished them and put them together to make the final product. Her husband, Ralph and her best friend Lynn Dhyne helped come up with the design. It has paper pieceing, raw edged embroidery, embellishment with ribbon, beads, and hand painted faces. I used free motion Quilt as you go method on my domestic sewing machine. Unfortunately, I took pictures when I had all but the left side border completed. After I completed the quilt and turned it in for the raffle, I realized I never took a picture of the completed quilt.
