Sunbonnet Sue blocks completed in redwork depicting scenes representative of each month. Quilt is 28"X22" and made from a block of the month kit. Embroidery was done with one strand of DMC floss.

This quilt is one I have on my "back burner" to do.  I love to embroider, and red is such a pick-me-up color!  You did a great job.  I can't wait to get started.

I embroideried the blocks in 2002 but was unsure how I wanted to put them all together. I like the way your is pieced. Also, too funny, the wall behind the quilt looks exaclty like the wall board I had in my TN bathroom! Uncanty!
