My disappearing nine-patch quilt.  I used two 50-piece charm packs and added 3 borders to make it a lap size.  I used a meandering free-motion again, which I'm getting comfortable with now and was very pleased with the way it came out.   I had some leftover blocks that I used to make a quilted pillow cover.

What a beautiful quilt! Do you remember the name of the charm packs you used? Love it!

Thank you!  Mz M, it was a specialty pack from Keepsake Quilting that they offered on sale in an e-mail called Cocoa and Peppermint, if I remember right.  I've seen a similar one called Cinnamon Toast on their website, but it's layer cakes instead of charm packs.  I think that mine was like a one time thing, because I've never seen that exact collection since.

I was scanning through this blog and came across your nine patch quilt.  It is beautiful!  I am going to make one for my grandson out of charm packs or maybe even out of layer cakes, haven't decided yet.  Can't wait to get started.  Thanks for the inspiration.
