Grecian Women - for my daughter (view 1)

My daughter fell in love with the color and theme of the Grecian women fabric.  We asked a friend to embroider the noveau butterflies on the maroon fabric.

The pattern on the border print is difficult to see in the photo, but it is a lighter ocean blue with Grecian urns and phrases to complement the fussy cut women.

It took two years, but my daughter finally found a backing she liked.  It is a print which looks like a Greek mosaic with the same blues, but with golds and greens.

It fits the theme of the top perfectly.
