Mini Macaroon Pouch: about 4cm (1.5 inch) in diameter

 

Japanese Quilt Magazine, 'Patchwork Tsushin (June 2011)' introduced how to make 'Mini Macaroon Pouches', it's becoming popular in Japan. 

I added Lazy Daisy Stitch on the top.

That is so NEAT! I never realized that was a zipper. I can't imagine working with a zipper in anything so small. Good job!
