A crib-sized quilt made for my niece. The theme was celestial and I wanted to do a diamond pattern. The quilt was much more difficult than I thought it would be, but very beautiful. The fabrics are cotton prints with celestial designs (except for the yellow print which is just stripes). The backing is a shimmery purple cotton. The quilting is done about a quarter inch from the seams in a purple plum multi-colored thread by Coats and Clark. The batting is a high loft. Enjoy!
