I made this wall hanging about 3 years ago.  It was the first project I finished.  I did not quilt it, I didn't even bind it normally.  I actually want to take the binding off and quilt in the ditch and put a nice binding on.  My husband says no because he thinks it will take me forever, but it bothers me and that I think is a great reason to redo it.  I love working with small quilts and really small pieces.  Large quilts are just to big to keep in a little apartment, but smaller wall hangings can be changed out much easier and stored in small places.  Ya, it is tedious working with one inch squares on my machine esp, but totally worth it.  These are the colors of our bedroom.  I made 4 matching table runners from the same fabric, curtains and would like to start my last two projects, a few block pillows and a long bottom of the bed quilt/runner.
