A lap-sized quilt made from pre-cut 2-1/2" pre-cut strips.  I did have to go online and find some additional fabric to finish it off, and it taught me a lesson to make sure I had enough fabric to finish what I begin.  I have a tendency to purchase fabric impulsively and then decide what I'm going to use it on at a later date.  I was lucky with this quilt, I was able to find enough of the same fabrics to make the borders and back.

Love these colors, so dramatic. Beautifully arranged. I'm always awed at what folks can do with some bits of fabric.

By the way, I'm an impulsive fabric buyer also and I'm always kicking myself for running short of a particular piece.

I haven't given this one away yet...I'm thinking about giving it to a cousin who fell in love with the colors.
