Pattern from Quiltmaker Magazine All Times Favorites Spring 2002 issue called Sea Horses design derived from Quiltmaker January/February 1995 issue called Calico Cats .  Karousel was made for my grand niece who will be born in June.  The baby shower where this gift will be presented is the first Saturday in May.   It was quilted by Kerry's Quilting.  It finished in May 2011 and measures 36" x 36".

Sorry I don't know the original QM issue.  It was before 1999 though because I have the issues from that point forward.  Quiltmaker was able to provide me with the PDF and it wasn't referenced in that file.
