Quiltmaker Magazine January/February 2008, Project Linus make a blanket day pattern.  My daughter gave me this as a kit.  Being a new quilter it was somewhat of a challenge for me to make using the foundation template.  I enjoyed making it with her.  Kerry Marksbury did the quilting.  Quilt measures 36" x 36".

Betty, the colors of this are so bright and cheerful.    I like the pattern.  I really like the "buggy" backround.

Nice bright, cheerful prints for a child's quilt.

Betty

As a fellow beginner, I know what you mean about learning to use the templates. I have a hard time holding the templates steady as I cut with my rotary cutter. But I am getting better with practice.

I love the quilt you made. The colors are  bright and cheery. Good job Betty!
