This baby quilt was made for someone's granddaughter that is having a baby girl soon. The grandmother is like a mother to me since my mom (The Lady in Red) is gone.  When she asked me if I would make her upcoming GGD a baby quilt, how could I refuse. Her GD loves pink so I felt this fabric was so appropriate and named the quilt "Pretty in Pink."

Is this fabric flannel?  It looks a lot like a fabric line that I am using for a girl and a boy baby quilts.  I like yours.  Mine started with panels.  Better hurry up and get it to that new Mommy or Cricket will take it over as hers.  :o)

Thanks, Marge, It's not flannel, its regular cotton- and the Grandma has it now-on stand-by ready to take it to Texas!  The center is a panel and I added the rest!
