Follow the Yellow Brick Road pattern (with extra inner border)

First lapsize quilt (5th project including tablerunners).

Title comes from the fact that Ididn't want to give it as the engagement gift I had planned because

I saw every flaw in it. Then I realized, marriage was all about seeing past the flaws, and finding the love

and so the quilt is about seeing past the flaws and finding its beauty. So I gave it to the couple (along with a

speech re same ) and they loved it.

also the quilt that inspired me to learn long-arm quilting (will soon post my first quilt doing same)

and my committment NEVER to quilt anything larger than a baby quilt on my home machine again

Your are too hard on yourself. Your quilt is lovely, and if there are flaws, I'm not seeing any.

Best of luck with your long arm. Look forward to seeing your quilts.

Very lovely. I'm not seeing any flaws either. Do you know where I can get a copy of this pattern? A friend of mine is wanting to try this and we haven't been able to find it.
