This an in process quilt I embroidered the blocks. This quilt is for a little girl, her grandmother who has helped raise her has cancer and may not have much more time with her. She wanted this quilt for for to be able carry around . Sierra always heard everyone called MOM so (grandma, and great grandma) is mom. I love knowing things about the families, I make the quilts for ,so I can make it coming from the hearts. I always use the (warm and natural batting) and I have started using the (soft and cuddle - baby blankets to make it soft) for the backing and it makes it extra warm. And I also use the spray basting  (THE ORIGINAL Quilt Basting Spray (SULLIVANS) in the pink and white can it is acid free) I love this stuff , to hold the quilts together so no pins. I hope you don't mind the Embroidered quilts I personally think their is no rules when it comes to quilting and if you make a miss take I call it a touch of love.
