Bluebird Quilt

I found this pattern on a popular quilting supply website and had to make it!  We have had it hanging above our fireplace until right before Christmas.  There is a spiderweb underneath the fence post that you can't really see in this photo - I used a metallic thread for the web to make it look like it was wet from the morning dew.  Turned out really well.  The flower stems are all done by hand and then hand appliqued onto quilt to give it "pop" - they puff out from the quilt instead of laying flat.  Wish I was in this garden right now and not in the middle of a snow storm!!

This is beautiful.  Looks like you used metallic thread for the stemen in the flowers
