Inspired by a photograph taken by Suzanne Mathia appearing in the December Arizona Highway Magazine, my Rosa Maria Prickly Pear shows off its crown of flowers. Using Inks to blend the most perfect color and variegated thread to bring out the details the wonder of the desert is revealed.
