Donna's Lingerie bag

This is my idea using the pattern form Cindy Frese's scarf pattern in the Winter Fons and Porter Easy Quilting magazine.

I used the same technique as the scarf but mad it into a pouch.  The bag is padded and sewn like a quilt as you go pattern is done.

The inside has a coordinating fabric and as you can see the binding and ties are made to match.

I love the colors and the design but I have to ask a really dumb question...what is a lingerie bag? Is it for packing your lingerie when you travel?

Yes, the bag if for those "niceties" you don't want exposed!!

Well that's a whole lot classier than the plastic grocery bags I usually pack my "niceties" in! LOL! I'll have to make one for myself. Thanks for the inspiration!
