This was a BOM I purchased through a Quilt Shop in 2008 - which after ONE block, became a UFO!

I now have it completed and have added Machine Applique Scarecrows to it (which were SO much fun dressing!) and also some various Machine Embroidery Designs. After Outline Quilting all the Applique - I crosshatch quilted it every 1".

I really enjoyed making this quilt - though it did take MANY hours to complete! But well worth it, and this is definnetly a' Keeper'! :-)

This design is from software by Lunchboxquilts.com. I made a variation of it - as I like to make quilts 50x70" - and call them 'LifeTime' quilts because they are good for ALL ages - 9 mos to 99 yrs. :-)

This is one of my UFO's so I am SO glad to get it done! :-)

Leaves (batiks) are machine appliqued with a Viking 'Ruby' Embrodering Machine - and also each quilting design is individually picked (and in most cases, edited) and selectively placed.
