found this really cute quilters panel; cut it apart & used it for the pocket portions on this tote. Had a new way, for me, to put in a top zipper - good thing I could watch that online (over & over & over & over).

great, easy pattern and 5 1-yard cuts for the front. We made this for our friend, Jan, for comfort at the recent loss of her beloved hubby. Added a few panels from "words from the Psalms" to make it special. It was quilted, wonderfully and quickly, by our friend Sue.

Trick or Treat

(the entire wall hanging is on left, close-up on right) I bought the pattern but NOT the panel; made my own panel with some fussy cut stuff from other mat'l. Quilted ghosts on the panel part (notice the ghost in the upper window). Then did stitch in the ditch on the half-square triangles. Despite measuring over & over, everything did not quite fit as nicely as I would've hoped.

4-patch with 5-inch square, set on point. For a friend who is spending her summer expecting a new family member. actual 'square' is the 5-in and 4 patch. Sorry, quilt was already finished before I learned about the contest.
