Pineapple Blossom

It's finally finished! This is Bonnie Hunter's Pineapple Blossom pattern, though I changed the layout a little so that the blocks made more of a star than a continuous chain throughout the top. It's 80x96 and was made for a life long friend of my hubby's. I started this one just a little over a year ago, just in time for their anniversary.

This quilt was made for a friend of mine, in exchange for a log headboard and footboard he made for me. It also took second place at the quilt show for the Wild West Winterfest in Bozeman, MT in 2011. It's huge - 110" x 110".

This is a quit I made for a quilt raffle for friend of mine whose husband needed a heart transplant. All the "logs" are 1" wide and the quilt finished at 85" x 98". We raised just under $1000 with this baby!
