Jellicle moon detail "Tree of Jesse"

Looking out over the sea one night I saw a jellicle moon. It struck me that

this is the finishing touch to my quilt. I had a great time digitizing those

clouds. I used one image and twisted, pulled, duplicated in multiple

colors. During the stitching, I often stopped the embroidery and jumped

ahead in the design so the picture wouldn't become too thick.

The palm leaves were ponced from real palms. They are free motion quilted in purple

to add texture but not detract from the window.
