around in my head for a few years. The window is digitized, appliqued
and embroidered. Around that is my rendition of the street scene of the
Via Dolorosa in the form of quilt lines. on either side I quilted palm
leaves from palms in my yard as patterns. I absolutely loved making this
quilt.

Row 6 middle-- Tree of Jesse (Work in progress)

This is a square of my quilt "Tree of Jesse" based on the 12 century window bay 49 of the Chartres Cathedral.

Poet Quilt

This is a quilt that I digitized and quilted to honor my husband. I let him choose the poets and their poetry that would be around him on his quilt. (He is in the second row.) I digitized his picture from his driver's license. It was fun to gather the pictures, poems and their autographs to make this quilt. I also gained great respect for their poetry of these great poets . .
