This is the quilt I&amp;#39;ve been working on in the class I&amp;#39;m teaching at the art studio. The Glue-resist technique results in a rather batik-y look. &amp;nbsp;You might need to copy it and zoom to see the details (I&amp;#39;m so much better with thread then a camera!).&amp;nbsp; I painted over it with some irridesent shimmers. The inner (red) border is scalloped and embellished with seed beads (love the texture that added). It&amp;#39;s stitched with metalics and has blingy-thingies glued on here and there to help balance the sparkle factor. &lt;/p&gt;</description><enclosure url="http://www.quiltersclubofamerica.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/CommunityServer.Components.PostAttachments/00.00.11.65.74/100_5F00_1876.jpg" length="2318356" type="image/jpeg" /></item></channel></rss>
