This is the quilt I&#39;ve been working on in the class I&#39;m teaching at the art studio. The Glue-resist technique results in a rather batik-y look. &nbsp;You might need to copy it and zoom to see the details (I&#39;m so much better with thread then a camera!).&nbsp; I painted over it with some irridesent shimmers. The inner (red) border is scalloped and embellished with seed beads (love the texture that added). It&#39;s stitched with metalics and has blingy-thingies glued on here and there to help balance the sparkle factor. </p>
