Carol,
I really like your ugly. Great choice of complimentng colors. Good job!
I love it. Well done.
Very nice, you showed off the ugly and gave your quilt some movement with it.
Carol, great job on your quilt. I especially like how you fussy cut the pinwheel squares.
I don't have a picture of my 'ugly' quilt yet.
Here's a photo of what I made with one of my 'ugly' fabrics. It is now all used up, no longer on my shelf and I have a happy little boy with new jammies!
PS Sorry it's sideways!
Jacy,
great use of that fabric.
Thanks Kris
Thanks to all for your comments on my quilt top!
Hello Everyone,
I was wondering why the group was so very quiet. I didn't realize that you had made this discussion file. That is what I get for not checking this site more often and depending on my email. I just ironed my quilt top tonight and will hang it up tomorrow night and take pictures. My machine died beyond repair. Guess that is what I get for buying a very cheap Walmart machine. I picked up a new Janome Magnolia 7813. I saw good reviews for the machine and didn't want anything too fancy. Has anyone had any experience with these machines?
Beautiful Carol I love love the green you used
I actually love this fabric made into the pj's. I didn't like the look of it folded up but once you made the pj's it comes out adorable. Very creative use in putting it on the shirt too. Very creative.
Melinda,
Congrats on the new machine and I know you'll have fun learning to use it. I have Vikings so can't give you any insight on the Janome.
Cute jammies, Jacy!
