I just love this top.  Please forgive me that I did not get the entire quilt in the picture - the blue and orange border goes all the way around. I could not have asked for a better group and I can only hope that they will be as pleased with my work as I am with theirs.

I did the elephant center.

Barbara Rickman added the wonderful stripped/blue/green border. AND created 4 beautiful applique blocks that she was not able to use in her border so she passed them on and Nancy used them in hers (check it out!).

Stephanie MacKay repeated the block pattern from the center and added those great paper pieced pocka-dotted elephants!

Nancy Boone (Nana) was able to use Barbara's blocks and added a peaceful border that indeed added a place for the eye to rest as the quilt is so busy with elephants coming out of every angle!

Kathy Fritz finished it off with a beautiful blue and orange that pulled out the orange from the middle and framed the top wonderfully.

Jodie ,it came out stunning .  I'm so gald that the applique was able to be picked up by Nana,I tired so hard to get them to work and it just wouldn't on my border .  I love it .

This is a very attractive quilt. Everyone did such a wonderful job of making it look "elephant" without looking kiddish or like a circus. Some of the borders look like the pretty blankets they put on the elephants for parades. I just love it.

A very cute baby quilt! I especially like your center and Stephi Kay's edition.   It looks darling!  Good job ladies

That is one great looking quilt. All the borders look so good together. Looks like one person designed it.

Love your quilt! The colors are great and the elephants are adorable. Any baby would love to crawl around or cuddle up in it! Great job everyone :)
