I'm glad it arrived. I tracked it but was wondering when we didn't hear from you. It's not as big as others I worked on, but I love it. Hope you do too. If you need me to post the picture, I take pictures of all the quilts I work on.

My husband tells me it has arrived! I was at work all this week and most of last. I can't wait to see it in person. He took a picture and sent it to me and it looks beautiful! I can't wait to quilt it and put it on our bed. I think I will make it a summer quilt.

Good Day to Everyone,

I have been out of town, but found out that their was a package waiting for me. My husband opened it for me and sent me a picture. Oh, my quilt top is beautiful! Thank you, Group Five you've done a splendid job on my quilt top. I can't wait to see it in person. I will be home tonight and will post a picture tomorrow.

As to the one I am working on-I have had many many problems with my newish sewing machine. It is only a 1.5 years old and I have had to take it to the shop 3 times this past two months. It is back, now and I hope to finish the border on this long week-end. I am getting frustrated and may just need to watch for a sale on a new machine, but I hope not!

OMG LaShawn.... I had given your package to my DH to mail for me. I found it today still in his car...he had forgotten. I am so sorry that you have been expecting it and it hadn't even been shipped. I can't get it to the mail Thurs but I will definitely have it out to you on Fri. Again I am so very sorry>

I hope you are sitting down. I bet you thought it wasn't ever going to happen. But it has! I finally got done withmy border addition for your quilt and I mailed it off today at lunch. You should get it on Friday, May 24. I sure hope you like it. I felt honored to work on such a beautiful quilt with so much sentimental value. The ladies did a great job adding to your center and hopefully my border will help tie it all together.

Barbara, What exactly is Susie to post a picture of? She's not getting her own quilt back yet! lol As much as I'm dying to see what you guys have all done with mine, I can wait until it's finished and arrives back to me in person! :)

I was wondering the same thing, lol! I think Barbara is just very anxious to see the completed quilt tops that she keeps forgetting which ones are still in process. It's tough getting old, Barbara, but hang in there...we will hold your hand and skip with you every step of the way! roflol!

Kristin--there was a note in my mailbox that I have a package at the office. My daighter is going to pick it up when she gets home from work today. I wasn't home last night until long after the office closed.

I can't wait to see what y'all have done! I have decided that I really, really like being the final border. Of course, I like being the rest of them, too, but there is something special about the final border, sealing it all up together.

Christine--yours is shipping today! WOOHOOO! It's so lovely, my granddaughter wanted to keep it, so if you don't have a place for it, you can certainly send it back to me, lol!

Just checking in again... Progress on Ginny's quilt is happening slowly but surely. I told my DH that I'm not planning anything for this weekend and I'm going to take a much needed rest and relax (read: sew all day) weekend. So far, it's been just an hour here and 30 minutes there and it's frustrating. I really need to be able to relax and focus and spend some good quality time at my machine. With any luck (*no promises*, but fingers are crossed), it will be finished sometime next week. :)
