On my way to the PO as soon as I sign off here to send Brenda's top to Jackie. You should have it by the weeks end. Brenda whenever you're ready send it on.

Team 2:

Laura,

Just mailed Pamela's center with the first border to you. It was sent priority, insured mail.

Something new since I mailed my center out on 1/7, we only need one bar code to track. So my insured mail receipt number is the tracking number. There is no separate delivery confirmation receipt with tracking. Guess they're trying to save money by not having that extra piece of paper. And lets hope the local PO and online website are on the same page.

Okay, although I feel like c*** rolled over and spit upon, I did get out today.  I had to go pick up Mom's prescriptions or I likely would have stayed in my chair all day.... and since I had to go out - I went by the PO and mailed Debbie's center on to Barbara - have a tracking # - all packages of a certain weight get them automatically now... WOW didn't know that... so it is on its way.

Nana's center arrived today; it is so pretty!  Can't wait to get started on it.     I will send La Shawn's center to Zsofia when I get the go ahead from her. It will probably be on Thursday because Cupcake's 4th birthday has just about broke us this pay period! lol  I am so glad that there are no more birthdays until March 19th!   I will post here again when I actually have it in the mail.

Wow, got Kristie's center all packaged up, ready to go out tomorrow to Thea.  Did ya'll know you can print Priority Mail labels on your computer?  I sent out 2 and saved $1.00 not having to stop by the PO.  Also, I can just give it to the mailman when he delivers mail to the library, where I work.  How cool is that, not having to go stand in line at the PO and I got a tracking number as well.

Okay first let me tell you I'm getting to hate 1.5" squares, get that seam off just a eyelash and you are ripping out more than you have sewed all day. I should have my part ready to go in the post Thursday. After reading about how unappreciated the gifts you have made make me feel so sad. Right now I'm working on a lone star in solids for my daughter and her husband for their 10th anniversary, she has been waiting not so patiently for it as we picked the fabric out 2 years ago. My youngest son and his wife have picked out what they want and it was to be next. The grands have the fabrics picked out for their quilts too. It is funny as I can tell who has been in my room as to how the fabrics are laid out that day. They were laid out oldest to youngest but Erin bumped her sisters to behind her, then the youngest Donald came in and put his after his Aunt Tammy's so he would be next. Poor hubby's got pushed to the end. They just don't realize that Jared's ( first great gran) quilt will be done first. Guess I'm blessed.  Thank you all so much.

Brenda, you ARE blessed!  I think it is wonderful that your family is shuffling your fabric on you to try to be next.  I love quilts!  I never dreamed that in my "elder" days (I'm 62) that my family would have become so dysfunctional.  It never used to be like that.  I know when and who started it but my husband tells me to keep my mouth shut.  Wish my Dr. would let me have my Xanax back--it really helped!

Debbie-

Sent Dana's top to you. Should be there by Thursday unless the winter storm is worse than they think it will be. :)

Barbara -- I received Ginny's quilt center.  I will be sending off your quilt center to Suzy by Saturday.  I had a lot of fun working on your quilt center with all the color choices you provided.

Ginny -- GORGEOUS.  I love the black and white look. I've always wanted to do a Black and White quilt but haven't found the perfect pattern to do so with.

Actually, I haven't found a quilt I don't like.

Barbara:

Kristin,I have ginny quilt finished. let me know when you are ready for it . barbara
