Hi Pat, I've been sick with bronchitis so I'm running a little behind. I should be sending your center on to Sue on Wednesday. So I'm thinking you should be able to send yours on to me any time now. I'm thinking your center will be gone before I get the next block from you. Does that sound good to you?

I finished Laura's center earlier and I'm sending it today since I heard from Delena and she said it was okay. I'll PM her the tracking number. Hopefully it doesn't get lost in the mail this time. I got Linda's center early and it's already finished. It's rather lovely if I can say that but then I've done five crazy quilts myself so I'm like them. I'll wait until the deadline in two weeks to send it to Delena. With homeschooling all day, I wake early and sew for a couple of hours and quit when my daughter wakes. The boys will park in front of the T.V. but my daughter can't handle being ignored! So I rather get it done when I get it so I'm not rushing. Back to my stuff tomorrow. In my life right now, my husband's vehicle blew the transmission for the third time and with it having 215 thousand miles we decided not to fix it. We spent the weekend looking for a commuter car for him since his office is a 45 minute drive from home. He's driving my Suburban for now but it doesn't have the best mileage. If any of you are the praying type, please pray that we find the right car for him soon at a great price. Thanks.

Attention all teams everyone should have there top ready to send off for the 2nd round. That is for the 2nd border to be added. . but if you do go over a few days let the person know ..that way they can adjust their time . Hope y'all are having a great time doidng the tops I'm getting ready to work on Carolyn's beautiful flower top .. so now I have to put on my thinking cap ..LOL

Barbara is right, you have until the 31 st of Jan. to mail out your center that you have done the first border on. So this will be the second border to be added. If you are going to go over your mailing date, of coarse tell your receiver but I also want to know. I do keep tack of everyone and where things are. Please try hard to keep to the schedule though. You will have untill Feb. 15 th to finish the second border. Thanks everyone for checking in during roll call. Remember to post every few days. I love hearing from everyone, and getting to know you, also it builds the trust we need to have a great Robin! Great communication so far!! Keep it up!

Christine, you do. She means this is the third addition. Your original center, 1st border, now the 2nd border. Lets just call it the 2nd round, since your Center doesn't count as a round. Always mail to the same person. You are correct.

Zsofia--just letting you know that my dear hubby just mailed out StefiKay's center to you. Should receive it this week. I also PM'd you.
In the meantime, I've been working on baby quilt # 1--just have to finish quilting the last half and bind it. Pretty good--I'm on schedule anyway as she isn't due until mid Feb. Just want to be prepared in case I get invited to a baby shower. These are neighbors who are very poor....thinking I should probably throw her a shower myself but since our medical insurance is due the 4th, I'm pretty poor myself.
I have Debbie's center ready to mail to Barbara and I truly hope to get out to the post office today to mail it but I can't promise anything - the way I am right now it is a no go for going out but that doesn't mean that this afternoon I will not be able to - so cross your fingers that it gets out in the mail today... I will try very hard - although I love waking in the morning and love seeing the sun shine - my body truly hates it. With my RA it takes me forever to be able to move around and last night I had to get up in the middle of the night and take pain meds - haven't done that in a long time... I will try though - and if I can't get out I might just see if DH would do it for me... cross your fingers - say a prayer.
Sorry Ginny didn't mean to scare you .LOL .I just wanted to remind everyone that is doing the first border it's almost time to send off .. guess I should have written that alittle better ... I do seam to have alittle more problems using the keyboard on my lap top so bear with me .LOL
