My goodness, go on retreat, take a short vacation, nearing the end of the round robin and the chatter stops. You gals must have tons of other projects going that that are keeping you chained to your machines!  I'm going to miss it when this RR is done. :-(

I think it's because so many groups have the group PM set up and that's how the communication is going.

For me, I'm in a holding pattern.  I HAD the one top finished and ready to send on to StefiKay...but discovered a block upside down.  I must fix it before I send it on.  My plan was to get it all taken care of last night.  But, then I got the phone call I was dreading.  My beloved step-mom died last night and I lost all ability to do anything with a seam ripper.  So, it's going to be delayed just a tiny bit longer.

Good morning Ladies,

I have Candace's quilt and should be done to send it on this week. My question is who do I send it to next :-).

Happy quilting ladies!

Susie,

I'm SO sorry.  I can only imagine what you're going through right now.  Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this time easier for you.  I don't have any RR action going on right now and the swap I'm hosting is wrapping up this week, so if you decide you want help with anything at all, just let me know and I'm happy to help.  If not, just know my thoughts are with you and your family, for whatever that's worth.  <3

All the best, Carolyn

I've completed Zsofia's quilt top and once I send to Nana, I won't have anything to work on.  The person I was supposed to work on dropped out but we agreed to continue to work on hers, however I found out last week she has requested it be returned to her after the 3rd border is complete.  This has been an interesting experience!!!

Sue, Guess you can send it to me if Melissa and Pat have already put a border on. That way no one will repeat. I can send you a pm with my address.

Pat Badder:
I have Sue's quilt right now that I'm working on, I didn't get it till March 10th. Working on the border will try to get it done as soon as I can than will send it to you for the final border. I was without a top for quite awhile too know what you mean. Will pm you when i get close to finishing border.

Pat, no worries. Take your time. I don't want you to feel rushed. I just wanted to make sure I was on the right track. Just go with it at your own speed. I'm in no hurry.

Hi Melissa!  Don't feel alone.  We had someone drop out of our group and it messed everything up.  I haven't had anything to work on since later January.  Only did 2 borders myself.  I did like where we started and am willing to give it a try again next fall, but if that one doesn't work out , I'll be sticking to my own quilts from there on in.

Dyen...I have yours almost finished.  I need to flip one block and then it will be on its way.  Can I keep it????  Pretty please?  I am sooo in love with it!

It is difficult when a group member drops out.  But hang in there, everyone will get a beautiful creation returned to them.  Barbara has made sure that some of us crazies have jumped in to help out.

Give it a second chance!  The RRs are soooo much fun!

Sue,

I just realized you are not listed in my friends list. I think I sent a request and never got an answer back. So I can't send my address by PM. Please send me a friend request.

Susie, I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Make sure to keep those dear memories close to your heart and reflect every now and then of the joy you felt when in her company. {hugs}
