OOOH! I absolutely love your quilt center! I hadn't seen it posted, I don't think. And, I think your center is in my group. I was wondering what you done for your center.

Here is Dana's center and it is beautiful!  My picture doesn't really do it justice.

I know she hasn't posted it but felt it should be shared so I'm going to post it for her and hope she won't be mad.

Beautiful center Dana, Debbie you did a nice job hiding the border you attached!

Can't wait to see all these beautiful quilts!

Thanks, Liz - I hid Kristie's border, still working on mine.  last time, I sent Thea a picture on PM so she could start thinking ahead of what to do on Kristie's center.  No one else sees it but the two of us and it helps plan what you want to do on your border.  Does anyone else do that?

Been working on Dana's center - wow!  talk about having to really put your thinking cap on.  I sure hope Dana likes what I've come up with and that Thea will be able to come up with a great border.  Someone else said that in a post I read earlier that the idea she had went out the window when she saw what the person before her had done.  It kinda reminds me of playing Scrabble, you think you have a word and then someone uses your place so you have to start over and rethink it.

This is way harder than I thought it would be, but I'm loving the challenge.  I'm working on getting my 1/4" seam straight and making pretty blocks. Hey, Nana - getting ready for MQ8!  I will say, each of the two borders I've done have used block patterns I haven't doe before so challenging myself to get outside the normal that I do.

Debbie, not true. Everyone can see pictures even in pms. I did the same thing with Nana before I sent Zsofia's top. You should delete it from your gallery and messages.  Talk to Candis about it if you have questions. ;-)

Debbie,

Similar to what Maggie said - I made the same mistake.  I sent a photo in a PM thinking since we were the only ones who can see the PM, we would be the only ones who can see the photo.  I know this is ridiculous, but when you put a photo in a PM, it puts a thing on your page that says "Debbie uploaded a photo:  <name of photo>".  And then anyone can click on that and see the photo - even though they can't see the PM that it was originally contained in.

I think it's a problem with the site, but we need to all be aware of it.  I like the idea of sharing photos for planning, but it would need to be done off the site in emails.

Thanks for the heads up!  I went and checked and I must have sent it in an email because it's not in my gallery.  I'll remember that for future reference.

You ones that want to send photos can exchange email address.  That way it's safe, or continue to PM them to your specific person, wait a few min. Then go back and delete the pic. The person you sent it to will still get it.  Weird I know.   I think I gave my email address out in the front page of the Robin. I have a special email set up just for the Robin, so don't mind giving it to all, but You all should send yours privately to each other if you want to.   Mine is fefelatush@yahoo.com. I want you all to feel free any time to email or message me with questions or if you get stuck or to send me photos, I love seeing anything you want to show me.
