I've decided that with so much time betwen magazines, I'm going to start a second mystery quilt using more of my stash.  Sandi let me know what you think of the layout of fabrics, can swap around some, or go scrappy with some if need be.  Thanks Jan

Jan is this the order of fabrics with the cranberry being #1?  I think the yellow would be a great #3.  Can you cut the plaid on the diagonal?  If so #2.  Not sure about using the cranberry...  Your turn...remember this is a mystery!

Have enought to make yellow #3, but I'm scrapping the plaid so don't think I have enought to move it elsewhere.  Can use a brighter pink with the same pattern as the yellow for #1 rather than the fuscia.  The plaid is fuscia, yellow and teal stripes in case you can't tell.

Don't move #2 (plaid) cut it on the diagonal.  #1 (current fuscia) should be more neutral.  Refer back to QM magazine.

I replaced the fuscia with a lighter pink that has the same design as the yellow....then promply forgot to swap 3 and 9 before I did the first step....so mad at myself.  However, when you look at how the step 1 pieces turned out it's not too bad.
