On May 30th I'll be posting Part 2 of Secret Window. Part 2 will be one post and as with Part 1 you will need your Quiltmaker July/August Issue. This part will keep you at your sewing machine a bit longer than Part 1! I hope you're not waiting for the last part to be released before jumping in on the mystery fun... If you haven't already finished sewing Part 1...get your sewing machines going. And if you have like Jan, Betty, Melissa, Elizabeth, and Amber2009 have do find that special place where you stored your project. Just a week from today we will be ready to sew Part 2!

My pieces are laid out on my cutting table, along with the rest of the fabric for this project. So looking forward to Part 2. My issue tends to arrive on the late side though, so will have to live vicariously through you quilters who are able to get a quick start. Meanwhile, keeping busy with other projects, as always.
I am ready and waiting.

I'm not expecting my issue too soon (I'm actually hoping it's a bit late). I have an exam to write on June 2 and can only allow myself to start with part 1 after that.
Hopefully, because I'm in South Africa, the postal service will help with the delay ;-)

I just finished Part 1, like it and look forward to getting the July/August Quiltmakers issue so I can start part 2. You mentioned more sewing on this part of the mystery quilt, but now that I have my fabrics and know I'll like the combination, I'm glad to do more sewing.

Hi Sandi: I finished Part 2 today and just had to share. I think this is going to be a very bright and lively quilt when it's all done. I can't wait to see it come together!
