Last Saturday my church friendship group met at our local quilt shop to sew for our Children's Hospital.  We made 161 Bead Bags of Courage and 145 pillow cases!  The Bead Bags are used to hold the beads children receive when a procedure.  Some children have over 200 beads.  Everyone loves to participate in this annual event!  All the fabric used for this project was donated!  Amazing!

These 2 are for Quilts for Kids. I try to do at least 12 a year. Here are January and February. Not sure why but it seems to have picked up part of the picture right before it.. the first one is actually only 5 blocks wide. The second, well you can see where itvends. The black blob is the cat taking a nap in a different quilt being made.

Jan thanks for sharing your Quilts for Kids!  Love the colors and so will the lucky kids who will receive them! Twelve quilts for kids charity a year is awesome!
