The metallic thread satin stitching on the appliqued table topper will put the "pop" in your patriotic party.
Featured in the Spring/Summer 2011 issue of Quilting Celebrations.
This is the second project I plan to make from the magazine.
I am a sucker for anything patriotic. I want this one on my table.
Love, love, love this! You could make placemats to match too! I will def be making this!
Glad you like it! We'll soon have the digitized machine embroidery applique files available at www.patricklose.com if you're not a satin-stitcher! The stars are great for lots of celebrations :)
I am a lover of our Red,White, and Blue. The shape is great and applique adds a great touch. Plan on having it on my table before the 4th.
I really love everything to related to our Independence Day and love to quilt in red, white and blue. My family has a strong military tradition and celebrating our country with t his table topper would make my 4th of July BBQ even more spectacular.
Of all the projects in this issue, this is my favorite because it spells out patriotism. Tasble toppers are greast to decorate for special occasions and every season. Could one haqve too many table toppers? I doubt it - a new one is great for each day to keep things fresh and lively :)!
I am a nut for stars and I love red, white, and blue. I will definitely have this one on my table. I really love the shape of the table topper also.
I am so totally in love with this. I must make it and the table runner too. Woot Woot
What a wonderful table topper for our annual Fourth of July celebration! The style is so what I am into.
Such a fun table topper.. would surely set the mood for a Fourth of July party.
I just love anything patriotic and red, white, and blue. And, there have been so many nice fabric lines to come out lately that can be used in this topper. I love the firecrackers. It's an awesome chain from the stars and stripes!
I just love this. I am going to try and make it. I believe this will look great on my table during patriot holidays.
I love Red White and Blue anything.
I love this, I currently have no decorations for the 4 of July and plan on making this.
