Oh what fun I had making this quilt.  In my version I used a four patch in place of the larger center square.  This allowed me to dig in my two inch square bin and used bits of loved fabrics.  The pattern works up very nicely.

I love this scrappy version. It's a great way to use up lots of fabrics!
