My husband is allergic to chocolate too so made it a lot easier for me - I don't eat much at all but always have a chocolate candy bar on hand for when my sugar drops - and if it doesn't well you just can't keep that chocolate bar forever it has to be eaten and replaced by a fresh one - but DH not eating chocolate keeps me from buying it...cheese - cheetos - yes sir eeee....

Isabella:

Elaine it's easy: if it's before 5 i quilt with licorice and tea….after 5pm it's definitely wine and cheese.

Ha, ha, Isabella. I like your still. Maybe I need to have more wine and cheese. I'm all for the t-sirts if everyone else wants them.

When you make the pizza, if you could leave the cheese off a couple of pieces, I will bring my processed fake cheese and put it on there.  Works just fine for me!  Thanks

29 days to go!!!!!

If it's ok with Judy we can do a pasta with tomato sauce and a salad.

Also still waiting to know about the T-shirts (I need a couple of weeks to order them and prepare them), if you decide to do them I need the sizes.

Thanks

Pasta with tomato sauce & a salad sounds great to me! I can pick up a large bag of salad at Sam's. I can also get some fresh tomatoes if you need those - just let me know how many. Would you like me to make some bread to go with it?

Also, Althea talked earlier about doing shirts, she might have some ideas if you want to check with her.

Thanks!

Judy,

yes the bag of salad from Sam's sounds great. I will let you know about the tomatoes.

Do you know if at the retreat there is a food processor?

Also, I'll take an XL t-shirt. Thanks!!

I was thinking about making a duo of pastas with pesto sauce and with tomato sauce, what do you think?

I have a friend that would like to join this retreat but she is not a member of QCA. Can I pass on some information to her so she can go or is this only available to members? If she can come I need a phone number to give her please?

Thank you,

Angi

Yes, we still have a couple spots open! You do not have to be a member of QCA to attend. She can email me at jjuhl1958@hotmail.com or call 515*450*7261
